Honestly, you can do anything with chilli pepper. If you want to make a quick and nutritional chillis. There are a few easy chilli-recipes for you. Select your chili of choice.  

Cooking Your Own Favorite Chillis

Chili con carne or Chili with meat or chillis is a porridge  which has a chilli spicy taste. 

    Chillis are made of peppers, garlic, onions along with ground beef. Sometimes beans or baked beans and tomatoes are frequently used.  

  


      

    Chili is one of America's favourite food which has plenty of useful nutrients for the body such as protein, fiber, iron and Vitamin C.  
Each country has its own chili recipes. The rich flavour of chillis can cooked in a healthy way. Chili con carne recipes are different from each other depending on which country that you come from.

Chili con Carne Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 kg ground beef or chopped meat
  • 500 gm pinto beans, drained
  • 400 gm kidney beans, drained
  • 1 or 2 chopped bell pepper,
  • 450 gm of tomato sauce
  • 550 gm of diced tomatoes
  • 6 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 or 2 red bell pepper, chopped
  • jalapeno, red chilli minced
  • 1 large onion, sliced
  • 2 Tablespoon palm or sun flower seed oil
  • 2 Tablebspoon of chili powder
  • 1 and 1/2 Tablespoon brown sugar or plain sugar
  • 3 tablespoon dried oregano
  • 3 Tbsp. ground cumin (left it out if you don't like it)
  • little bit of ground cloves
  • Bit of allspice
Chili con Carne Recipe Directions
  • Prepare a pot, put the oil and heat to medium.  Put in the ground beef, and cook it just nice.
  • Add green or red chili, garlic, red bell pepper, jalapeno, and onion to the meat.  Saute them until it produces nice flavour.
  • Add in chili powder, brown sugar, oregano, cumin, allspice, and cloves. Saute them a little while then add tomatoes and tomato sauce.  Cook it at low heat for 15 minutes.
  • After that add the kidney beans, pinto beans. Continue cooking for an additional 20 to 25  minutes.
  • Make it soupy or dry as your wishes.
  • Then your done
  • Good luck on your chillis.
